Job Description
This is an opportunity for an experienced Swimming Coach to play a key role in the delivery of the swimming / aquatics programme at Emanuel School.
Swimming is an important part of the sports programme at Emanuel School and our pupils enjoy a 25m indoor swimming pool.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of swimming and water polo coaching and tailor swimming sessions according to the age and ability of pupils, paying close attention to tracking and monitoring the development of our high potential athletes.
They will also work with the Head of Aquatics to plan galas and fixtures.
The working hours are 10 hours per week, during term time only.
An STA / ASA Level two or above qualification is essential. Equivalent qualifications are also acceptable.
Knowledge of how to play and coach water polo is equally important, and experience of coaching swimming in a school or club is required.
